Your email is sacred. Here's exactly how we protect it.
We can never send, delete, or modify your emails. Period.
One click removes everything. Immediately. Permanently.
No one at Daily Signal can read your emails. Not even the founder.
Gmail's API gives us read permission only. We literally cannot send, delete, or modify your emails — Google won't let us.
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and protected by database-level policies. Only you can see your data — even if someone exploited an API bug, they couldn't access other users' emails.
We use the same Google sign-in security as Gmail, Notion, and Slack. No passwords to lose or get breached. Your Google credentials never touch our servers.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. No exceptions.
You can delete your account and all data with one click from your dashboard. This permanently removes:
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We don't keep backups of deleted user data. When you click delete, it's gone.
