🔒 How We Protect Your Data

    Read-only access

    Gmail's API gives us read permission only. We literally cannot send, delete, or modify your emails — Google won't let us.

    Encrypted storage with row-level security

    Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and protected by database-level policies. Only you can see your data — even if someone exploited an API bug, they couldn't access other users' emails.

    Google OAuth authentication

    We use the same Google sign-in security as Gmail, Notion, and Slack. No passwords to lose or get breached. Your Google credentials never touch our servers.

    Encryption in transit

    All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. No exceptions.

  • YouOnly you can see your emails, briefs, and search results.
  • AIYour emails are processed by Claude AI to generate briefs and search. This data is not used to train AI models.
  • HumansNo one. We cannot view your email content through the app. There is no admin panel for reading user emails.

🗑️ Delete Everything, Anytime

You can delete your account and all data with one click from your dashboard. This permanently removes:

  • All stored emails and AI embeddings
  • All generated briefs
  • Your user profile and settings
  • Processing history and analytics

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We don't keep backups of deleted user data. When you click delete, it's gone.
